Job Description

Description: Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) and provide exceptional home health care to patients in Rocky Hill, CT. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Connecticut.
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Home Health RN.
Proficiency in HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system.
Current BLS certification.
Availability for Monday through Friday day shifts.
Ability to travel between patient homes and achieve productivity goals.

Shift:

Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm).
40 hours guarenteed.
13 Week contract.
