Job Description

A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health agency in Roseburg, OR. Registered Nurses (RNs) will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
25-30 units weekly
OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) will maintain:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
Current OR State License
Current BLS (AHA)
OASIS – 24-48-hour turnaround - REQUIRED
Homecare Homebase experience required
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
