Are you a caring and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a fulfilling opportunity in Cottonwood, Arizona? We're actively searching for a dedicated RN for an engaging 13-week contract. If you have a minimum of one year of recent experience in home health, strong clinical skills, and a genuine commitment to providing top-notch patient care, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
Diligently record and monitor patient conditions and progress.
Administer medications and provide essential wound care as necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation using relevant systems.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Arizona.
At least one year of recent experience in home health.
Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Details:

Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Cottonwood, AZ area.
Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Cottonwood.
