Job Description

There is a Registered Nurse (RN) contract offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Agency in Kingsport, TN. The selected Registered Nurse (RN) will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
25-30 units weekly
OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) will maintain:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
Current TN State License
Current BLS (AHA)
Experience with Homecare Homebase required
OASIS experience required
Clear background and great references
Ability to pass drug screen
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
