Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and embark on a fulfilling journey in long-term care settings in Nashua, NH.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting observations and reporting changes to the appropriate personnel.
Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management strategies.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the United States
Minimum one year of recent clinical experience in long-term care settings
Flexibility to travel and adapt to new environments
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
