Job Description

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse that specializes in Home Health looking for a new contract position? Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications for a 13 week contract with a Home Health agency in Jourdanton, TX. Take care of patients one-on-one while spending time exploring this small town seat of Atascosa County.

The selected Home Health Registered Nurse will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
25-30 units weekly
OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal Home Health Registered Nurse will have:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience required
Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
Current TX Registered Nurse license
Current BLS (AHA)
OASIS – 24-48 hour turnaround REQUIRED
Homecare Homebase experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
