Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; full-time hours anticipated.
Key Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science, with a certificate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program
- ARRT registration or registry eligibility, with registration obtained within one year of graduation
- Valid Massachusetts State license required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum two years of radiation therapy experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist while adhering to the highest standards of patient care
- Operate and maintain sophisticated therapy equipment with attention to accuracy and safety protocols
- Ensure precise treatment documentation, including dose calculations and patient records
- Collaborate with oncologists, nursing staff, and dosimetrists to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all organizational and departmental policies and procedures
