A full-time opportunity is available for a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide expert care in Radiation Oncology. This contract position is based in Webster, NY, and offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves working primarily at a major hospital location, with occasional floating to other Radiation Oncology sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients, ensuring precision and safety.
  • Operate and maintain Ethos or Varian radiation therapy machines, with preference for candidates experienced on these platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to all protocols, regulatory guidelines, and safety standards in radiation oncology practice.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and strong communication while managing the demands of the daily schedule.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Must hold a valid New York State Radiologic Technologists Therapy License.
  • Proven experience as a Radiation Therapist, preferably familiar with Ethos or Varian machines.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and punctuality.
  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
