Position Summary: A rewarding opportunity to deliver specialized radiation therapy services in a well-equipped oncology department located in Waunakee, WI. This contract role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties, ideal for professionals seeking a balanced work-life routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer advanced radiation treatments including SBRT, VMAT, IMRT, and IGRT using state-of-the-art technology.
- Operate and maintain Varian True Beam equipment alongside integrated systems such as Aria, Align RT, and Body ProLok One System.
- Perform patient setup with precision, including tattooless and markless methods to ensure optimal treatment accuracy.
- Document treatments diligently in Aria, Epic, and Eclipse systems to maintain comprehensive patient records.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and effective patient care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- A minimum of two years professional experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- Certification requirements: ARRT-T and current BLS certification.
- Expertise with imaging technologies including CBCT, KV Imaging, and SGRT.
- Ability to comply with strict facility protocols, including mandatory shaving for FIT testing essential for mask seal.
