Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time traveler assignment
- Standard weekday hours, occasional flexibility may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient outcomes
- Maintain precise patient records and prepare equipment for each session
- Adhere to departmental and organizational policies and maintain compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with a certificate in radiation therapy from an accredited program
- Registered or registry eligible by the ARRT; must obtain ARRT registration within one year if not already registered
- Valid Massachusetts State license in radiation therapy
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum of two years experience as a radiation therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
