Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with certificate in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program required
- Registered or registry eligible through ARRT (must obtain within one year of program graduation)
- Valid Massachusetts state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Minimum two years experience as a Radiation Therapist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment following established protocols
