As a travel Radiation Therapist, you'll have the chance to further your career at a highly acclaimed healthcare facility, gaining exposure to innovative technologies such as the Elekta Versas, Varian HDR, Cyberknife, and the new Radixact system, all within a department treating approximately 65-70 patients daily.

Schedule:

• Day shifts: 5x8s, either 8:00am4:30pm or 8:30am5:00pm (dependent on patient load)
• No weekend or call requirements
• 36 hours/week guaranteed
• 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

• ARRT and RRA certifications, plus active BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospital-based Radiation Therapy
• Strong communication abilities; linac treatment experience required
• Elekta experience preferred, though on-the-job training available
• Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused
• Able to comply with flu vaccination requirements (Nov 1Apr 1)

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments
• Ensure safe operation of advanced radiological equipment
• Accurately document treatment sessions using Mosaiq and EPIC EMRs
• Participate as an integral member of the Radiation Therapy Treatment Team
• Foster a supportive, patient-focused environment
