• Valid ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification, with current registry
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as required
• Previous clinical experience administering external beam radiation treatments
• Familiarity with linear accelerators and treatment planning systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients in accordance with physicians orders
• Operate linear accelerators and other radiation equipment with accuracy and attention to safety
• Ensure patient comfort and provide clear explanations of procedures
• Verify treatment plans and document delivered doses per protocol
• Monitor patients for reactions, promptly reporting any unusual observations to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, nurses, and physicists to optimize patient care
• Maintain precise treatment records and uphold all compliance regulations
