Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelors degree preferred (degree required, experience in lieu of degree not accepted)
- Valid state Radiation Therapist license required
- ARRT-T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy
- Proficiency with Oncology Information Systems including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Consistent attention to detail, confidentiality with sensitive information, and excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and software
- Administer prescribed treatments accurately and safely
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
