Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelors degree preferred (degree required, experience in lieu of degree not accepted)
  • Valid state Radiation Therapist license required
  • ARRT-T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy
  • Proficiency with Oncology Information Systems including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Consistent attention to detail, confidentiality with sensitive information, and excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and software
  • Administer prescribed treatments accurately and safely
  • Maintain detailed and confidential patient records
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
