As a key member of the Diagnostic Radiology unit, your day-to-day work will immerse you in varied clinical scenariosensuring every day brings learning, growth, and accomplishment. Whether youre guiding neonate patients or supporting geriatric care, this role promises a rich spectrum of responsibilities that expand your capabilities as a radiation therapy professional. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract; specific shifts discussed during interview
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Radiologic Technologist license
- ARRT certification (Radiologic Technology)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of x-ray experience
- Proficiency with GE OEC C-arms across orthopedic, neurology, urology, and general surgery
- Comfortable adapting to urgent/emergent situations
- Experience working with a patient population ranging from neonate to geriatric
- Professionalism and flexibility; scrubs provided
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality radiation therapy and diagnostic imaging
- Operate GE OEC C-arm equipment for various surgical specialties
- Participate as an essential member of surgical and diagnostic teams
- Provide compassionate care across an age-diverse patient population
- Quickly adapt to changing clinical priorities and situations
