Deliver precise and compassionate patient care as a Radiation Therapist, applying advanced clinical knowledge to administer radiation treatments in a supportive healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering prescribed radiation therapy to patients according to established protocols under physician supervision
• Accurately calibrating, operating, and positioning radiation therapy equipment for optimal results
• Monitoring patient responses during treatment and reporting any concerns to the oncology team
• Maintaining detailed treatment records and proper documentation for each patient
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to coordinate individualized patient treatment plans
• Educating patients and families on the procedure, potential side effects, and post-treatment care

Qualifications and experience required:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Previous clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to comfort and communicate effectively with patients
• Commitment to accuracy, safety, and ongoing professional development
