Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current registry through ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Radiation Therapy
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one prior to start
• Proven experience operating linear accelerators and related equipment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exemplary patient care and education
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within an oncology team
• CPR certification (BLS)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients under physician direction
• Accurately document procedures, treatment outcomes, and patient responses
• Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment safely
• Provide supportive guidance to patients, addressing questions and concerns
• Collaborate with medical physicists, radiation oncologists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies
