As a skilled Radiation Therapist, you will engage with a multidisciplinary team and gain valuable exposure to diverse approaches in patient care, radiation treatment planning, and workplace collaboration. Schedule:

• 4/10s days (four 10-hour shifts per week)

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT)
• Proven experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Adaptability to new clinical settings and protocols
• Commitment to delivering high-quality and safe patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy in accordance with physician instructions and treatment plans
• Operate and adjust radiation equipment, regulate dosage, and document patient data
• Assist radiation oncologists, physicists, and other providers in developing technical aspects of treatment plans utilizing patient anatomy and condition information
• Construct patient immobilization devices as per physician orders
• Maintain detailed patient and treatment records, reports, and filed dosages
• Deliver a variety of routine and complex radiation therapy treatments, including total body irradiation, stereotactic radiosurgery, and brachytherapy
• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Perform ongoing quality assurance checks
• Provide clinical instruction and hands-on evaluation for students in radiation therapy

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
