Shift Availability: Flexible 12-hour shifts, including days and nights

Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract position in Warm Springs, MT. Join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare services in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Montana or compact state eligibility.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in psychiatric or long-term care settings preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
