Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract position in Warm Springs, MT. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Montana or eligibility under compact state regulations.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in psychiatric or long-term care settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
