Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract position in Warm Springs, MT. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care within a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Montana or compact state eligibility.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in psychiatric or long-term care settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
