Job Description

Job Title: School Nurse - LPN or RN (1:1)

Location: Pennville, PA

Are you a compassionate nurse with experience in pediatric care? Join our team in Pennville, PA, and provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with specialized medical needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily water through the G Tube after medication administration.
Monitor for signs of fatigue or reduced oxygen levels during pureed food and bolus feeds, intervening as necessary..
Administer medications as needed according to medical orders.
Assist with bathroom needs and diaper changes as required.

Requirements:

Current nursing license in Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
Familiarity with G Tube care and administration of medications.
Ability to assess and respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
