Job Description

Position Details:

Location: Near Wayland, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Part-Time, 5 hours per week
Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Preschool students

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy assistance to preschool students in a school-based environment
Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and other members of the educational team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist in conducting assessments and monitoring student progress
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and accommodations
