Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic School Paraprofessional to support our students and teachers in achieving educational excellence. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students, assisting with classroom activities, and promoting a positive learning environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Support students with special needs in accessing the curriculum and achieving their educational goals.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies as directed by the teacher.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Flexibility, patience, and a passion for supporting the academic and social development of all students.
