Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an OT to join our team for the Aug 2024 - June 2025 school year. The OT will provide direct services to students with motor function delays across various grade levels, ranging from preschool to 12th grade. This position will involve various caseloads varying from mild to moderate or moderate to severe.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with motor function delays
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student success
Adapt therapy interventions to meet the individual needs and goals of each student
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Work independently while following the guidance and direction of the primary district OT

Requirements:

Valid California Occupational Therapy license
Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist in an educational setting preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in pediatric therapy
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads and environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hours:

Full-time position
Hours and grade levels will vary
Aug 2024 - June 2025 school year
