Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect instruments for cleanliness and proper function prior to use
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure availability and readiness of sterile supplies
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with quality control and equipment maintenance as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT or equivalent)
• Proven experience in sterile processing within a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, microbiology, and infection control practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
