Schedule / Hours:
- 7:00am 5:30pm (4 x 10-hour shifts, weekdays)
- Rotating weekday off
- Weekend call rotation
- Weekday and weekend call requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sterile processing or as a certified surgical technologist (CST)
- Active BLS and NBSTSA certification
- Strong self-starter mentality, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Preferred: Robotics training and experience in vascular or open heart specialties
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for various specialties (including general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, cardiac, and vascular procedures)
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Anticipate needs of surgical teams and support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain high standards within a fast-paced, collaborative operating room environment
- Documentation in EMR (using EPIC)
- Participate in call rotation, including some weekend hours

$1,210 - $1,280/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
