Schedule and Hours:
- Shifts: Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM 5:30 PM), MondayFriday with a rotating day off
- Weekend: Weekend call rotation
- Call: Weekday and weekend call responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years current Sterile Processing or Certified Surgical Technologist experience
- Valid BLS certification
- NBSTSA Certification
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive, adaptable, self-motivated, and attentive with strong anticipation skills
Preferred Experience:
- Robotics training
- Experience in vascular or open heart procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
- Support a variety of surgical cases (General, Neuro, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, Robotics, OPEN Heart)
- Collaborate with surgeons and nurses, anticipating needs to maximize efficiency
- Document and monitor surgical instruments and supplies using EPIC EMR
- Adhere strictly to safety and aseptic protocols
- Participate in weekday and weekend call as assigned

$1,210 - $1,280/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
