Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with varied shifts available
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Capacity to supervise and direct multidisciplinary team members
- Confidence in applying professional discretion and independent judgment
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care utilizing the full nursing process
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient telemetry data
- Supervise and guide nurse aides and support personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied disciplines
- Implement care plans and interventions based on individualized patient assessments
