Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with variable shifts to support patient care needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding to alarms or changes as required
- Administer medications and interventions according to physician orders and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
