Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care to individual patients or an assigned group, following established nursing standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities for a multidisciplinary nursing staff.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Exercise sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and professional discretion in both patient care and staff oversight.
• Support and mentor float pool nurses, guiding them through unit tasks and ensuring accurate timekeeping and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Proven experience in Telemetry nursing.
• Ability to effectively supervise and coordinate care in a dynamic hospital environment.
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills.
• Previous travel assignment experience is a plus but not required.
