Schedule/Hours:
- Travel, variable shifts based on assignment needs.
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana or multi-state compact RN license.
- 25 years of recent hospital-based Telemetry or LTAC nursing experience.
- ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association required).
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required.
- Clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process aligned with state and hospital policies.
- Monitor LTAC and telemetry patients, responding to changes in condition.
- Maintain competencies and pursue ongoing education.
- Delegate and prioritize patient care tasks appropriately.
- Supervise and support assigned personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
