Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- Must be available for Memorial Day weekend/day and 4th of July weekend/day
- Weekend and call coverage as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (active)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Versatility to float as needed
- Comfortable with EPIC charting
- Cardiac telemetry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care on a busy cardiac telemetry unit
- Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions, interpreting telemetry rhythms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and procedures
