Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position (variable shifts as assigned)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in Telemetry nursing required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt smoothly to new clinical settings and protocols
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and specialized observation
- Accurately interpret and respond to telemetry data and vital sign changes
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure a continuum of care
- Document patient status, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility standards
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education as needed
