Schedule Details:

• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Every other holiday (EOH)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license
• At least one year of recent experience on a telemetry unit
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
• Professional communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and continuous monitoring of cardiac patients
• Interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to rhythm changes
• Administer medication and manage IV therapies per physician instructions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care
• Document care in compliance with regulations and facility policies
