Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts (must be available to work Memorial Day and 4th of July holiday weekends)
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- Weekend and call requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a Telemetry nursing role
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Flexible, with the ability to float as needed between units
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding to patient needs swiftly
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Accurately document all interventions using EPIC EMR
- Support positive patient outcomes and ensure excellent communication with patients and families
