Schedule/Hours:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least one year of recent Telemetry (RN-Tele) nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving clinical environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, assessing, and caring for patients in a telemetry unit
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Interpreting cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
- Educating patients and families about care plans and recovery
- Accurate charting and documentation in electronic medical records
- Upholding infection control, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
