Schedule:

• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Every other holiday (EOH)

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry units, identifying changes and responding promptly
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and document accurately in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families regarding cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care practices
• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Uphold infection control and quality standards throughout patient care processes
