Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- Must be available to work Memorial Day and 4th of July weekends
- Weekend/call hours as needed
Required Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
- Strong clinical knowledge in cardiac care and telemetry monitoring
- Excellent adaptability for floating as needed
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to cardiac telemetry patients
- Monitor and assess patient vitals and cardiac rhythms
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and implement care plans
- Provide support and education to patients and families
