Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Telemetry to provide exceptional care in a collaborative clinical environment. This contract opportunity emphasizes the delivery of coordinated nursing services for patients needing advanced cardiac monitoring and support. Youll supervise a team of dedicated nursing professionals and work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, ensuring optimal outcomes for every individual under your care.
Schedule/Hours:
- Contract position with full-time hours
Key Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Recent experience specializing in Telemetry nursing
- Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and appropriate interventions
- Competence in leading and supervising various levels of nursing staff
- Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and professional discretion
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, adhering to established standards and the nursing process
- Monitor cardiac status and respond adeptly to changes in patient condition
- Supervise, mentor, and guide assigned nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices for patient safety and confidentiality
- Utilize problem-solving skills and evidence-based practices to address complex care needs
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management
