Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• Prior experience caring for geriatric or inpatient rehab (swing bed) patients
• Advanced wound care skills
• Familiarity with minor bedside procedures
• Proficient with standard Med/Surg equipment
• Experience with Cerner documentation
• Ability to uphold concierge-level patient service standards
• Adherence to dress code: navy or navy/white attire

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a primarily geriatric population, including patients in swing bed status
• Manage patient assignments with a typical 67:1 ratio
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner
• Respond to patient needs while maintaining an atmosphere of compassion and respect
• Safely perform minor bedside procedures; provide advanced wound care
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within a supportive and experienced nursing team
