This opportunity involves providing direct nursing care following established healthcare policies, protocols, and procedures, ensuring each patient receives coordinated, high-quality attention. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans for those requiring telemetry services
- Track, document, and communicate patient conditions promptly and effectively
- Serve as the primary coordinator to facilitate seamless collaboration among healthcare disciplines
- Execute both physician and nursing orders accurately and efficiently
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the broader care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Rigorously adhere to infection control protocols and utilize personal protective equipment per standard precautions
- Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment in high-pressure scenarios, working independently as needed
Schedule/Hours:

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
