Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of one year of experience in Telemetry or a similar acute care environment
- Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and rapid response protocols
- Strong assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to mentor, supervise, and support various levels of nursing staff
- Collaborative communication skills for effective team and patient interaction
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to patients based on the nursing process and established clinical standards
- Supervise assigned staffincluding licensed and unlicensed personnelto ensure quality care
- Recognize and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions utilizing critical thinking and clinical knowledge
- Maintain clear documentation and precise patient records
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery processes, and home care needs
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and unit meetings
