Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of one year of experience in Telemetry or a similar acute care environment
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and rapid response protocols
• Strong assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to mentor, supervise, and support various levels of nursing staff
• Collaborative communication skills for effective team and patient interaction
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Schedule:

• Contract position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver care to patients based on the nursing process and established clinical standards
• Supervise assigned staffincluding licensed and unlicensed personnelto ensure quality care
• Recognize and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions utilizing critical thinking and clinical knowledge
• Maintain clear documentation and precise patient records
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery processes, and home care needs
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and unit meetings
