Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. In this contract role, youll play a vital part in supporting patients throughout their hospital stay, coordinating closely with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes. You will supervise other nursing staff and employ your critical thinking and decision-making skills to provide the best possible patient care.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license
• Experience in Telemetry or a similar acute care setting
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and interpretation
• Ability to use clinical judgment and autonomy in fast-paced scenarios
• Effective supervisory, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with diverse patient care protocols and evidence-based practices

Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care to assigned Telemetry patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care using the nursing process
• Supervise, mentor, and direct the workflow of assigned staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Accurately monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Utilize critical thinking in developing and revising care plans as patient needs change
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and support a safe patient environment
