Schedule & Hours:

  • 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
  • DAY shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Every other weekend required
  • No on-call obligations
  • Full time

Working with cardiac and telemetry patients, youll navigate a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1-6:1, collaborating with a skilled team in a supportive atmosphere. This assignment is ideal for registered nurses eager to strengthen their professional portfolio, learn innovative care delivery models, and consider temp-to-perm potential for greater job security.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (state of employment or compact)
  • BLS & ACLS certification from AHA required
  • Bachelors degree in nursing preferred
  • At least 1 year RN experience in a related specialty preferred
  • Enthusiastic about adapting to new settings and best practices

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, individualized care through the nursing processassess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate
  • Manage a wide range of patient needs, focusing on cardiac and telemetry care
  • Teach, mentor, and guide patients, families, and newer staff, using the latest protocols and education tools
  • Accurately document all care, charting patient histories, medication administration, and interventions
  • Participate in ongoing skills development, orientation, and annual competency requirements
