Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific schedule provided upon assignment matching)
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced and team-oriented environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for assigned patients
- Deliver and document high-quality nursing care for patients requiring cardiac observation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and communicate effectively with providers
- Educate patients and families regarding condition updates and care plans
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and facility protocols for patient safety and optimal outcomes
