Schedule/Hours:

• 7AM 7PM day shifts
• Every other weekend rotation
• No on-call required

Position Highlights:

• Care for cardiac and telemetry patients (not a Stepdown unit) in an engaging environment with a nurse/patient ratio of 5:1-6:1.
• Immediate start available for those ready to make an impact.
• Epic EHR experience required.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state of employment or compact)
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• At least one year of nursing experience in a related specialty preferred

Responsibilities:

• Independently provide routine and complex patient care using nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document care accurately
• Identify and address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Guide and precept new team members, supporting ongoing professional growth
• Complete all orientations, annual competencies, and specialty-specific validations
