In this travel RN role, youll gain invaluable exposure to state-of-the-art cardiac nuclear imaging practices, working collaboratively on a mobile PET CT unit alongside a highly specialized technologist. Schedule/Hours:
- 1 day per week (MondayThursday, day is flexible)
- 12-hour day shift, 6:00 AM6:00 PM
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Rhode Island or compact state
- Valid AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent cardiac nursing experience
- Comfortable working in a mobile PET CT unit and alongside PET CT technologists
- Professional scrubs (no color restrictions)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and prepare patients for cardiac PET CT procedures
- Deliver specialized patient care in collaboration with nuclear medicine technologists
- Ensure safety, comfort, and positive patient experiences before and after imaging
- Document patient information according to regulatory requirements
- Remain adaptable within a mobile clinical setting
