Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Telemetry unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data for assigned patients
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families
- Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions, managing emergencies calmly and efficiently
