Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Experience in Telemetry nursing strongly preferred
• Solid critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
• Ability to function effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care in compliance with organizational policies and established procedures
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, making timely adjustments as clinically indicated
• Accurately document, monitor, and communicate patient conditions and changes
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Adhere to standard precautions and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment at all times
