Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Experience in Telemetry nursing strongly preferred
- Solid critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
- Ability to function effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in compliance with organizational policies and established procedures
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, making timely adjustments as clinically indicated
- Accurately document, monitor, and communicate patient conditions and changes
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Adhere to standard precautions and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment at all times
